Uniting Hawkesbury Richmond is a compassionate home that's purpose-built to provide a high level of care. Separate households, including a Memory Support Unit for people living with dementia, each support between 18 and 25 residents.

Our innovative approach to care – Household Living – empowers residents to live their day, their way, just as they would in any family home.

About the Role

  • You’ll support residents with health and wellness activities, to enable participation in the community

What do we need you to bring?

  • Ideally, we’re looking for previous experience in aged/community care or Lifestyle programs in Aged Care, but if you’re qualified and just starting out on your career, we’d love to hear from you too.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills and a gift for working collaboratively with your team
  • Great organisation and time management skills, and confidence using various technologies including documentation systems, email and mobile phones.
  • You’ll need to be resilient and resourceful and be able to live our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness every day.

What We Offer You:

  • A rewarding career with a leading human services organisation.
  • Up to $18,550 NFP salary packaging available.
  • Access to our U rewards program with exclusive discounts.
  • Access to Fitness Passport – Live your best life.
  • A supportive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
  • A commitment to offer opportunities to grow your career
  • Purchase of additional leave

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, so we support all our Uniting team members in growing and developing to be their best through our strong commitment to learning, flexibility, and great benefits. Together, we can build a better future for the people we serve, for Uniting and you.
