As a nationwide NDIS provider, we deliver person-centred services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and tailored disability support. Our approach is led by the heart and grounded in mindfulness, self-care, and community well-ness.

We’re currently seeking casual Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide active overnight support in a 1:1 female SIL home. These shifts are ideal for those who prefer working through the night and want to make a real difference.

About the role

You’ll support participants with:

Provide overnight supervision and assistance

Support personal care and hygiene routines

Assist with medication management

Promote emotional wellbeing and independence

Maintain a safe, positive environment

What You'll Need:

At least 2-years' experience in disability or youth support

NDIS Screening/Yellow Card

First Aid and CPR Certificate

Drivers licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance

Comfortable with personal care and flexible shift work

Great to Have:

Cert IV in mental health or equivalent

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience with complex behaviours and mental health

Tech-savvy and organised
