Established for over 11 years, with a current team of 5 Therapists and a loyal clientele, we are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Dermal / Skin Therapist to join our team!

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hybrid role consisting of traditional facials as well as dermal treatments including skin consultations, facials, extractions, peels, skin needling, various laser, IPL and LED.

Essential Attributes:

• Minimum Diploma in Beauty Therapy (completed).
• Dermal therapy qualifications are an advantage.
• Experience & confidence in advanced skin treatments including IPL / Laser (not hair removal), skin needling and chemical peels.
• Substantial recent experience in a similar skin focussed role.
• An understanding of skin and how it functions.
• Client and results-focussed, able to confidently articulate your knowledge and communicate effectively with clients.
• Extraction experience is an advantage but not essential.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Hours: Choose from 4 to 5 days per week (permanent).

• Guaranteed hours each week.
• Including 2 late nights.
• No Sundays or Mondays & flexibility with some Saturdays off.
• Flexible employment arrangement.

Location: Richmond VIC (free all-day onsite parking).

Remuneration:

• $34 - $42 per hour (permanent rate of pay) for highly skilled and experienced Dermal / Skin Therapists + Super + uncapped Bonuses and incentives.
• Competitive wages will be negotiated for lesser experienced Therapists.
