We are excited to announce the launch of a new skin and wellness clinic in the heart of Bentleigh, opening in September 2025. Located at 99 Brewer Road, Bentleigh, inside BloomSuites Bentleigh, our clinic is designed to deliver exceptional, personalised care in a calming and results-driven environment.

As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Dermal Therapist to join our founding team. This is a rare opportunity to grow with the business and become an integral part of a supportive, purpose-led team from the very beginning.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE

Conducting personalised skin consultations and advanced skin treatments

Maintaining exceptional hygiene and treatment standards

Building trust and long-term relationships with clients

Supporting daily clinic operations and contributing to a collaborative team culture

Educating clients on skin health, post-treatment care, and skin care regimes

Representing the brand with confidence, care, and professionalism

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a confident, skilled, and knowledgeable Dermal Therapist who is passionate about skin health, client outcomes, and continuous learning. You should thrive in a clinical but nurturing boutique environment.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Diploma of Beauty Therapy with 2 years clinical experience in laser and advanced skin treatments

Bachelor’s degree in Dermal Science or related with a minimum 1 year industry experience in a skin-only role is highly regarded

In-depth understanding of skin anatomy and skin analysis is required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Professional presentation and attention to detail

Confident working independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team

Calm, warm, and client-focused manner with a passion for results
