The Role
Full-time, office-based role supporting a Project Manager on multiple fit-out projects (up to $3M). Involves contract administration, project coordination, financial tracking, and documentation from start to finish.

Key Duties

• Prepare scopes, POs, and assist with trade letting
• Process claims, variations, and payment schedules
• Maintain compliance and project documentation in Procore
• Coordinate timelines and liaise with stakeholders
• Track budgets and forecasts

Skills & Experience

• 1–3+ years’ CA or Project Coordinator experience
• Fit-out or commercial interiors background (bank, retail, hospitality ideal)
• Procore / Cheopps / Jobpac experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
