About the role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist or parts interpreter to join our team at McLaren Vale Automotive. This is a full-time role, 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answering incoming phone calls

Managing the scheduling and coordination of workshop jobs

Maintaining a neat and tidy reception area

Providing exceptional customer service and supporting the wider team as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role

Knowledge of the automotive industry. Parts interpreters highly sought after.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Ability to use Work Shop Software

A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
