A boutique design studio with offices in Melbourne and Geelong is seeking an experienced Architect to join their growing team. Known for delivering high-quality residential and multi-residential projects across all stages, the studio offers a collaborative, friendly environment where architects are supported to work autonomously and take ownership of their projects. This is a great opportunity for a confident all-rounder with strong ArchiCAD skills to work across a variety of project types from design development through to practical completion.

Key Responsibilities

Work across all phases of residential, multi-residential & commercial projects from concept to completion

Lead smaller projects independently and contribute to larger projects within a team

Support documentation and contract administration for both traditional and D&C contracts

Collaborate with consultants and clients, attending site visits and resolving on-site queries

Model and document projects with precision using ArchiCAD

Skills & Experience

6–10 years’ post-graduate experience within the multi-residential sector

Proficient in ArchiCAD with the ability to document efficiently and model accurately

Strong design sensibility and a good understanding of construction detailing

Excellent communication and project coordination skills

Experience managing projects independently and/or mentoring junior team members
