We are currently seeking motivated, people-focused team members for the following roles:

1. Dental Assistant – Sunshine Clinic
Days: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
We are looking for an outgoing and organised Dental Assistant to join our Sunshine clinic. Experience is preferred, but we are open to traineeships for the right candidate.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have knowledge of dental procedures and terminology (or a willingness to learn).

Can multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.

Enjoy interacting with patients and being part of a supportive team.

2. Senior Receptionist – Moonee Ponds Clinic
Days: 2–3 days per week (negotiable for the right candidate)
We are seeking a Senior Receptionist with a growth mindset and a proactive, positive attitude.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have previous dental reception experience.

Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Are confident in managing patient bookings, payments, and day-to-day clinic operations.

3. Experienced Dental Assistant – Port Melbourne Clinic
Days: Fridays and Saturdays (potential for more)
We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is also confident with reception duties and enjoys working in a small, close-knit team.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have proven dental assisting experience.

Can be an all-rounder, supporting both clinical and front-desk operations.

Work well in a friendly, patient-focused environment.
