About the role

Join Women in Dentistry as a Dental Assistant in our Melbourne CBD clinic. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. We are open to full-time, part-time or casual applicants. You'll work closely with our dentists in our close-knit team to provide high-quality dental services in a supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

Assisting dentists with patient examinations and procedures

Sterilising and maintaining dental equipment and instruments

Ensuring the dental surgery is clean, organised and fully stocked

Welcoming patients, scheduling appointments and handling payments

Providing exceptional customer service and patient education

Supporting the dental team with administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Formal qualification as a Dental Assistant or equivalent experience

Excellent patient care and communication skills

Willing to learn reception to assist if needed

Strong attention to detail and commitment to infection control

Proficient in using dental equipment and software

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Enthusiasm for providing high-quality dental care

An interest in social media, working with the team and our marketing manager to create content for our social pages.

Available to work on a Saturday. No working on public holidays!

Overall, a great and positive attitude!
