About the Opportunity
Our client is a rapidly expanding Financial Lender (non-bank) operating in Australasia, who specialise in Real Estate. They're seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to support their Business Development team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative and wants to make an impact in a high-growth business.

The Role
You'll report to the Head of Marketing and play a key role bridging the gap between the Business Development team's deal generation goals and marketing operations. This hands-on role focuses on marketing operations, sales enablement, and broker engagement to support lead generation and maintain a competitive market presence.

What You'll Do:

• Support marketing initiatives aligned to Business Development growth targets
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with brokers and broker networks
• Manage events calendar and coordinate event delivery with Head of Marketing
• Create weekly CRM updates and monthly reporting
• Manage LinkedIn posting and settlement posts across AU/NZ
• Conduct competitor analysis and present market insights
• Project manage campaign briefs with internal creative teams
• Maintain marketing toolkit and sales enablement materials for the BD team
• Handle broker accreditation process and CRM management
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders
• Track marketing budget and campaign performance
• Manage marketing asset register ensuring brand and compliance alignment

About You:

• 2-3+ years marketing or business operations experience
• Must have B2B experience in Finance
• Non-Bank Lending, Banking, Private Investment, or Similar industry Experience Required (servicing real estate, a bonus)
• Excellent written communication and organisational skills
• Ability to translate business objectives into marketing execution
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns and stakeholder coordination
• HubSpot and CRM platform proficiency a bonus
• Office 365, Adobe, PowerPoint skills beneficial

This is an operational role working with marketing, and focused on execution, sales enablement, and project coordination.
