About Us:
TWS Services & Solutions is a facility maintenance business servicing the Greater Sydney, ACT, and South Coast regions. We specialize in plumbing, electrical, and a wide range of structural and security-related maintenance services.

The Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Estimator to join our growing team. This full-time role (5 days/week) involves preparing accurate and timely estimates for a variety of facility maintenance works, including:

– Plumbing: Roofing water systems, fire services, sewer and stormwater infrastructure
– Electrical: Facility-related electrical repairs and upgrades
– Structural/Security: Repairs or replacements involving fences, gates, doors, windows, and general handyman works

You will work closely with our field team, who can assist with site details and pricing input where needed.

Work Flexibility:
This position includes the option to work in a hybrid capacity, with up to two days per week from home. Alternatively, candidates are welcome to work from the office full-time if preferred.

Salary Package:
– $70,000 per annum
– Includes a company vehicle for site inspections and work-related travel
