We're seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Fitter to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. This permanent role offers a unique 3-day work week on a rotating roster with generous shift loadings on top of a base rate of $53 per hour for the right candidate.

To be successful, you will have:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Fitter in an FMCG environment (food, pharmaceutical or packaging)

Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification (Certificate III or higher)

Strong fault-finding and breakdown response skills

Solid understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and automated machinery

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics

Commitment to preventative maintenance and safe work practices

Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Additional requirements:

Full Australian working rights

Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required

Own transport
