• Monday to Friday - Flexible hours 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm

We're seeking a Leading Hand to join our client, a respected not-for-profit organisation. This is a brand-new role - the perfect opportunity to make it your own. It's a long-term position, and to be considered, you must hold both a Medium Rigid (MR) Licence and a Forklift Licence.

About the role
No two days will be the same! You'll start each morning at the Winnellie depot.

• 3 days a week: You'll be on the road in Winnellie and surrounding areas (including Katherine), collecting donated items such as furniture, clothing, and toys. You'll usually have an offsider to help with the heavy lifting - teamwork makes the dream work!
• 2 days a week: You'll be in the warehouse, sorting donations, picking orders, and stocktaking.

• Medium Rigid (MR) or higher licence
• Forklift licence
• Good physical fitness
• Professional, reliable, and respectful attitude

• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills
