Ballina River Street Preschool is seeking to employ some educators to join our team. We are looking for enthusiastic educators who wants to work within a community based preschool. Positions available can be full time/part-time or casual.

Duties and responsibilities include

providing children with a safe, secure and welcoming environment

collaborate within a team of 12 to ensure best outcomes for children and families

build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

Benefits & perks

Our preschool operates to NSW school terms (10 weeks face to face with children) and the 2 weeks term break, this time is paid to all employees at normal payrate.

Our hours are 7.30am -3.30pm or 8.00am -4.00pm ( some flexibility with hours can be discussed)

Skills and experience

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate 3 of Early Childhood Education and Care

Understanding of the Early Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and the Early Years Developmental Milestones

Current approved First Aid Certificate

Working With Children's Check

ability to work collaboratively with others

able to use technology
