What you will be doing

Reporting directly to Senior Manager, Regulatory Services, this role will be responsible for:

Leading a team to deliver efficient and effective regulatory services in party registration, disclosures and public funding.

Managing end-to-end service delivery for assigned regulated entities, ensuring timely and high-quality interactions.

Overseeing and improving policies, procedures, and systems that support regulatory compliance and transparency.

Contributing to priority projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance planning across the FDR function

Building a high-performing, values-aligned team culture and supporting the development of staff.

What you will bring to the role

A deep understanding of regulatory systems, with the ability to interpret and apply legislation and policy in a public sector context.

Proven leadership experience, with the capability to coach, support and drive team performance.

Strategic thinking and analytical skills to manage risk, solve problems, and improve service outcomes.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build constructive relationships with regulated entities and internal stakeholders.
