The Role

This role comes with a plenty of variety and the chance to get highly sought after experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

Assist in staff training, development, and performance management

Oversee daily operations of the venue

Encourage a positive, team orientated workplace culture

Comply with RSA, RCG, policies and procedures

What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have the following;

Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role (bar, bistro, or gaming preferred)

Flexibility to work a roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Current RSA and RSG

Strong leadership and communication skills

Locations: 2350
Contracted Hours: Rotating Roster - Full time 38hrs per week
Salary Range: 78-85K Salary
Commencement Date: ASAP
