Are you passionate about plants and want to work in some of Brisbane’s most beautiful gardens? Bellamy’s Gardens is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Horticulturist to join our premium landscape maintenance team.

About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled and reliable garden maintenance professional with strong horticultural knowledge and an eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high-end residential and commercial gardens, ensuring they look their best year-round.

Key Responsibilities

Pruning, hedging, weeding, mowing, and general plant care

Identifying pests, diseases, and plant health issues

Fertilising, mulching, and seasonal garden tasks

Interacting with clients on-site with professionalism

Recording work and progress in our job management app

What We’re Looking For

Qualified horticulturist or significant hands-on experience

Solid plant knowledge and practical garden care skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Physically fit and capable of outdoor work in all weather

Manual driver’s licence (essential)

Bonus Points for:

Experience in softscaping or landscape construction

Experience with pest/fert treatment

Irrigation knowledge or machinery operation
