The opportunity

At ELGM GROUP PTY LTD, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Team Members to join our team in the Gold Coast and Wellington Point areas. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the pristine appearance and safety of various commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

Perform regular mowing, edging, and trimming of lawns and gardens

Prune and shape shrubs and trees as needed

Remove weeds, leaf litter, and other debris from gardens and landscaped areas

Assist with the maintenance of irrigation systems

Identify and report any issues or areas requiring special attention

Adhere to all relevant health and safety protocols

Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective grounds maintenance

What we're looking for

Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a related field

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks

Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

A keen interest in gardening and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces
