Senior WordPress Developer – Elementor Pro Specialist

We are building a high-performance, content-rich WordPress website and we are only interested in senior-level WordPress developers who live and breathe Elementor Pro.

If you haven’t personally delivered multiple, complex WordPress builds from scratch using Elementor Pro, do not apply.

If your main background is React, Angular, Vue, or general front-end frameworks — do not apply. Your application will be ignored.

This is a full-time role requiring your full professional commitment.

About the Role

You will be the lead developer responsible for:

Full end-to-end WordPress builds — from blank install to launch — using Elementor Pro.

Designing and building all layouts directly in Elementor — no Figma handovers.

Setting up custom post types, dynamic content, advanced filtering, and site performance optimisation.

Implementing and configuring tools such as WP Grid Builder, Amelia, Presto Player, and WP Rocket.

Managing staging environments, QA, deployment, and post-launch optimisation.

We expect speed, precision, and no cutting corners.

Essential Requirements

5+ years professional experience building WordPress sites.

At least 5 live websites you have personally developed entirely in Elementor Pro (portfolio required).

Deep knowledge of WordPress architecture, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JS (for WP-specific work).

Proven ability to optimise Core Web Vitals, page speed, and SEO structure.

Mastery of responsive layouts and cross-browser/device testing.

Experience integrating and configuring complex plugins while maintaining performance.

Who Should NOT Apply

Front-end developers whose main skill set is React, Angular, or Vue.

Designers who “dabble” in WordPress.

Freelancers, contractors, or part-time workers.

Applicants without serious Elementor Pro build experience.
