We have partnered with a leading NSW Government agency seeking a Senior Oracle Technical Specialist - Web & Mobile to join their high-performing Application Development team. In this full-time permanent role, you'll take the lead in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications that support critical business functions across HR, Payroll, Supply Chain, and more. You'll bring your full-stack expertise to deliver secure, scalable mobile and web solutions integrated with Oracle Fusion and eBusiness Suite.

In this role, you will:

Design, develop, and support secure web and mobile apps using JavaScript frameworks, Oracle tools, and AWS cloud infrastructure

Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver scalable digital solutions across HR/Payroll, Inventory, Procurement, and Onboarding platforms

Implement best-practice security, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure applications meet accessibility and performance standards

Collaborate with stakeholders to solve business challenges through custom applications and Oracle integrations

About You

7+ years' experience in web and mobile development, with strong skills in JavaScript (React, Angular, Node.js), React Native/Ionic, Java/Python, and modern web tech (HTML/CSS/XML)

Proven experience deploying mobile apps to Google Play, App Store, and MDM platforms

Strong understanding of AWS cloud services, OAuth2/SAML/JWT security protocols, and API integrations

Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, APEX, ADF, and BI Publisher highly desirable

Comfortable leading technical teams and working in Agile environments with DevOps practices
