We also have a sister company 'Bauen Projects', but this is now 'on hold' as we focus solely on Barefoot and renovations. We are considerate of the environment, client's needs and each other. At all times we keep a sense of humour and know that our working life is important, but so too is our home life; we like to balance the two.
The job is initially 2 or 3 days per week starting mid September 2025.
Generally, hours from 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Qualifications & experience
Ideally a minimum of 2 years working in a similar environment and role ideally for a residential builder in Perth. Aptitude and ability to work well under pressure and maintain excellent relationships with clients, trades and suppliers is more important than experience as too is the ability to fit well with the small team.
Tasks & responsibilities
Procurement of supplies and materials and arranging deliveries to site, updating trades, supervisors and other members of the team.
Keeping paperwork for contract and budget changes up to date and in line with obligations to the clients.
Maintaining good communications with clients and trades and helping build those relationships.
Supporting the office manager in other duties as and when required.
Supporting the supervisors in the ‘field’ and the owner with the requirements of quoting and pricing new works.
sending out plans and specifications for quotes and following them up diligently and presenting back to the team at the weekly meetings.
Maintaining flow sheets and job status reports.
