KEY DUTIES:
To assist the Manager Corporate Services and Corporate Services Officer in the day-to-day administrative operations of the Corporate Services (Fleet, Information and Technology and Building maintenance)
Maintain the database of DDACL fleet system, repairs, services records and assisting with supplier paperwork.
Maintenance of employee issued equipment – Laptop, fobs, access cards, keys, and mobile phones.
To assist the Corporate Services Officer with Stationary orders, Supplier orders.
Updating registers and uploading documents to LogiQC
To assist with any other adhoc tasks.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed to a high standard, so that DDACL buildings are safe, clean, functional and support service delivery
Other Requirements
Ability to perform a range of administrative tasks including record-keeping in Quality Management software and other databases
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Great organisational skills and multitasking skills are highly regarded for this position
Ability to communicate effectively with Aboriginal people and to handle cultural issues in a sensitive manner.
Ability to work co-operatively and effectively as part of a small corporate service team and a larger DDACL team.
You must also:
Possess a current unrestricted Driver’s Licence
Australian Work Rights
Provide proof of vaccination status.
You will be required to undergo:
A Victorian Working with Children Check
A Police background / criminal record check
Qualifications
Certificate in Office Administration or a related discipline.
Life experience and knowledge of Aboriginal communities will be highly regarded.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, preferably advanced level Word, Excel knowledge.
