About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced precision welder/fabricator with a passion for fine craftsmanship. Experience in steel window and door fabrication is highly regarded, but not essential - we value attitude, accuracy, and pride in workmanship. Full training is provided for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret working drawings to cut and prepare materials with accuracy

MIG weld light gauge steel for high-end furniture and cellar components

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment

Collaborate effectively within a small, skilled team, following company policies and best practices

About You

Strong eye for detail and commitment to producing work you’re proud of

Demonstrated reliability and a solid work ethic

Solid experience in welding and fabrication (precision skills highly valued)

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role
