The Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will have variety in your role to assist the team with an exciting transformational period, and be responsible for:

• Timely and accurate processing of invoices
• Reconciliation duties
• Allocate and receipt customer payments
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
• Processing rebates
• Setting up new vendors and suppliers
• Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Accounts role, along with the following attributes:

• Excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task and juggle varying responsibilities
• A passion for accounts and keen desire to complete all tasks to a high standard
• Positive and bubbly personality
• Strong communication skills, from both a written and verbal perspective
• A keen eye for detail
• Intermediate excel skills (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs)
