Oceanic Dental is a leading dental laboratory based in Bentley, WA, supplying high-quality dental restorations and appliances to clinics across Australia. We’re looking for an organised and proactive Laboratory Assistant Manager to help keep our operations running smoothly.

We’re after someone with strong administrative, organisational, and coordination skills who can work in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting the Laboratory Manager with day-to-day operations

Scheduling jobs and managing workflow timelines

Liaising with clients and suppliers to coordinate orders

Maintaining stock levels and ordering materials

Monitoring production progress and ensuring deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For

Strong administrative or office management background

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Confident communicator with good customer service abilities

Comfortable using computer systems and databases

Able to prioritise tasks in a busy, deadline-driven environment
