Inbound Program Coordinator Overview
The role of Inbound Program Coordinator is to administer and support inbound student applicants liaising with host families, local schools and local coordinators to provide support and problem resolution where required. A 2 week induction and training program will be provided.
Key Tasks:
Administer the production of inbound programs, providing support and assistance to students, host families, local coordinators and schools
Liaising with overseas partners to confirm the placement status of inbound applications.
Secure that all inbound students are placed in carefully selected host families and schools in a timely manner adhering to the inbound placement timeframe.
Conduct regular compliance audits for all inbound students to ensure all regulatory requirements are being met.
Monitor reports and evaluations from inbound students and partners to ensure program goals are being met.
Actively manage the resolution of issues/problems that arise during an inbound student’s program
Ensure timely and effective communication with all parties – schools, families, partners, local coordinators - is maintained throughout the life of the program
Contribute to planning and delivery of inbound orientations.
Assess overseas partners’ abilities to conform to, and their conformity with, regulatory and child safety requirements for inbound students.
