About the role
As the Payments & Compliance Lead for ClickMe Cars, you will be working on:
Accounts receivable, including overseeing customer payment reminders, setting up payments plans, and organising car returns
Accounts payable including processing bills and monthly accounts in Xero
Requesting car-related information from customers such as odometer readings, recording the information and responding to customers where required
Advising customers on their points balances earned with on-time car payments
Communicating customers’ end-of agreement charges and recovering amounts owing
Full training will be provided.
This role has become available due to an internal promotion.
The role is likely to evolve based on the business’ needs as it grows, considering your natural talents and experience.
Working from home: this role is based in the office. Some parts of this role can be completed from home, in accordance with the ClickMe Cars Working From Home policy.
