About the Role

Handle export/import bookings, documentation, customs reporting, and invoicing

Build strong relationships with customers and deliver high-level service

Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively

Work with internal teams to ensure smooth job execution

Monitor transport subcontractor performance and ensure compliance

Support invoicing and timely payment collection

Contribute to service improvement projects as directed

About You

1+ year of experience in export or import freight forwarding

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail

Full working rights in Australia

Confident working across departments and responding to urgent customer issues
