Your Role:

• Engage with customers to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances.
• Use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver a high standard of service while achieving payment outcomes.
• Professionally and efficiently manage overdue accounts, including accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support positive customer interactions and resolution outcomes.
• Handle and report on customer hardship requests in accordance with company policy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in collections, debt recovery, or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to navigate sensitive financial discussions.
• Confident negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure payment commitments.
• High attention to detail, a compliance-focused mindset, and strong results orientation.
