About the role

We are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team at Southern Highlands Garden Services. This is a casual role based in Bowral, NSW 2576, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beautiful gardens and landscapes we care for in the local area.

What you'll be doing

• Regularly mowing, edging and maintaining lawns to a high standard
• Pruning, trimming and shaping hedges, shrubs and trees
• Planting, weeding and cultivating gardens and flower beds
• Applying mulch, fertilisers and other amendments to promote plant health
• Clearing leaves, debris and litter to keep gardens tidy
• Identifying and treating pests and diseases affecting plants
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools safely

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar landscaping role
• Knowledge of horticulture, plant varieties and landscape maintenance techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual gardening tasks
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation
