THE ROLE

We’re expanding our exceptional team and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dermal Therapist or Dermal Clinician to join our South West clinic. This is a part-time or casual position with flexible hours and days, perfect for someone who wants to deliver exceptional results while enjoying the lifestyle this beautiful region offers.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are seeking candidates who have a passion for skin and helping clients achieve their best results.

As a Dermal Therapist at Youth Lab you will be warm, friendly, ethical, with a team player mindset.

We pride ourselves on being the very best, so excellent product knowledge is a priority, coupled with a high drive for learning and professional development.

To be successful in this role, you require the following attributes:

A dermal therapist or dermal clinician qualification (essential)

A minimum of 2+ years experience working as a dermal therapist in the cosmetic industry

Exceptional presentation skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proven ability to recommend and sell retail skincare products

Knowledge of leading cosmeceutical brands

Highly motivated and enthusiastic

Passionate about skin health and skin care

Confidently educate clients in the biology and physiology of the skin

Experience in performing the following treatments is preferred but experience in all is not essential:

Skin consultations

Microdermabrasion

Hydrafacial

IPL / BBL

Laser

Chemical peels

Skin needling

From time to time you will be required to assist your fellow teammates on reception and handling client interactions.
