ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a results-driven, skin-focused role within a modern, high-end environment. You will be working with the latest in dermal technology, performing clinical treatments that deliver real results.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 12 months’ recent in-clinic experience and demonstrated confidence in the following areas:

• Skin consultations
• Customised facials
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• IPL or laser treatments
• Microdermabrasion and/or Hydrafacials

Experience in other modalities is advantageous, but not essential—full training is provided.

Essential Attributes:

• Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (Dermal qualifications highly regarded).
• At least 12 months of recent in-clinic experience.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation.
• Outstanding communication and client service skills.
• A passion for skin health, results, and continual growth.

JOB ROLE SPECIFICS

Remuneration:

• $40 - $45 per hour for highly skilled & experienced Skin/ Dermal Therapists.
• $30 - $35+ per hour for less experienced Therapists.
• Pay rates are reviewed and increased regularly based on performance.
• Plus, receive product rewards for retail sales.

Hours: Choose from Full time or Part time permanent hours.

• Option for alternate Saturdays if preferred.
• Guaranteed hours & set roster.

Location: Meadowvale Shopping Centre, South Perth WA (you will have your very own free all-day parking space at the rear of the building).
