About The Role
We’re on the hunt for a passionate Dermal Therapist / Clinic Coordinator to join our vibrant team at Medaesthetics Duncraig. If you’re someone who lives and breathes skin health, thrives in a fast-paced clinic, and loves making people feel amazing—this is the role for you! This is a part-time (or full-time for the right candidate) role, offering the opportunity to be the face of the clinic. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and treatment care to our clients, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operations of the clinic.

In this dual position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our clinic, with key responsibilities including:

Performing a variety of high-end Dermal treatments, including Medical Grade Lasers, Body Contouring, HydraFacial, Medical Peels, Skin Needling, and RF Skin Tightening treatments.

Managing all incoming patient enquiries in a professional, warm, and friendly manner.

Meeting & greeting patients.

Managing patient bookings

Managing day to day running of the clinic, including stock-take and ordering

Driving & achieving clinic targets and KPI’s

Skills & Experience

Hold a relevant qualification in Dermal Science, with demonstrated experience in advanced dermal and laser treatments

A valid WA Laser Licence

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role in a medical or aesthetic clinic setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities

Proficiency in using computer software and medical practice management systems

A warm, friendly, and professional demeanour

Immaculate grooming and presentation as you will be the face of the clinic

Leadership qualities

Excellent communication and time management skills
