This is a highly dynamic, hands on all rounder position with on the job training provided.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a Senior Therapist to step into an exciting role, supporting the Clinic Manager in daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who is:

Qualifications & experience

Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty therapy (ESSENTIAL).

SHBBFAS004 - Provide lash and brow services (essential)

Experience with Brow Mapping, Bronsun Dye, Henna & Brow Lamination (highly desirable)

Experience with the O'cosmedics Skin Care range (highly desirable)

Experience with prescribing skin treatment plans, dermaplanning & skin peels (essential)

Eyelash Extensions Classic & Volume (highly desirable).

Exceptional Computer Skills including Microsoft Office & Canva (essential)

Minimum of 2 contactable references

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced skin and beauty treatments, including HydraFacials, LED therapy, enzyme peels, and relaxation facials.

Deliver in-chair cosmetic teeth whitening treatments in line with clinic protocols (on-the-job training provided).

Provide high-quality brow and lash services, including shaping, tinting, and lifting.

Consult with clients to prescribe tailored treatment plans and skincare routines that meet their skin goals.

Support day-to-day clinic operations including opening/closing procedures, stock management, and general cleanliness.

Take initiative in reception duties such as client check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, managing bookings, and answering enquiries via phone or email.

Oversee scheduling and help coordinate team shifts to ensure smooth clinic flow.

Assist in maintaining a professional, and positive team environment.

Create engaging treatment content (before/during/after) for social media and marketing use.

Maintain accurate data entry using platforms like Xero (training provided).

Cross-sell services and products to clients where relevant.

Demonstrate a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small, close-knit team.

Ensure all services are delivered in line with health, hygiene, and safety standards.

Hours: 7 days per fortnight. Get every second Saturday off! Clinic Closed Sundays & Mondays.

Pay Rate:

$38-$40 per hour (dependent on experience) for highly skilled & experienced fully qualified therapists.

PLUS earn more with bonuses and incentives.
