Invigorate Ability is currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Morning and Afternoon Disability Driver to join our growing team. As a key part of our Day Program transport service, you will be responsible for safely transporting NDIS participants to and from their programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, punctual, and friendly transport services for NDIS participants.

Assist participants with boarding, seating, and exiting the vehicle if required.

Maintain accurate transport logs and participant attendance records.

Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and regular maintenance checks.

Liaise professionally with families, support workers, and the operations team.

About You:

Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence (C-Class minimum).

Possess or be willing to obtain a First Aid Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working With Children Check.

Ability to build rapport with participants and support individuals with diverse needs.

Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong communication skills.

Previous experience in disability support or a similar role is highly desirable but not essential.

Shifts Available:

Morning Shift: approx. 6:30am - 9:00am

Afternoon Shift: approx. 4:00pm - 6:00pm
