The Role

We are currently looking for support with active overnight shifts (at least 3 nights per week).

Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. This includes:

• Awake overnight support
  
• Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
  
• Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism
  
• Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans or in your own car)

Your duties will include:

• Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines.
  
• Manual handling
  
• Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent.
  
• Building positive relationships with our clients.

What You'll Bring:

• Professional Disability Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your can-do attitude is key!
  
• Someone who embodies CPA values, is client-focused in their approach to care, and driven by the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
  
• A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
  
• Availability to work three 8, 9, or 10-hour active overnight shifts per week​
