Owners Corporation Manager
Due to growth the opportunity to join our great team has arisen. Working in a fantastic local office environment, with up to 3 days work from home.

You will have a friendly, professional team of 10+ staff and one of the best brands in the industry to work with!

You will start with a portfolio of 750 lots that will scale up dependant on your capacity. You will have admin support and training provided, with a shared assistant between 2-3 OC managers + admin & accounts support.

Properties are mostly residential medium density and around inner eastern suburbs to CBD.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, no weekends. Parking undercover at office, free provided.

JOB DUTIES:
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/properties
- Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings
- Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential with odd commercial, as described above

WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary of $100,000 - $110,000 + Super + 2.2's, dependant on experience (if you have managed your own portfolio before and for how long etc)
- Car parking on site!
- Tools of the trade, laptop, phone etc if required are provided
- Up to 3 days work from home RIGHT away (3 days if you have managed your own strata portfolio prior & don't need as much face to face training)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of the strata industry and/or property and asset management experience, ideally with their own similar strata portfolio
- Good communication skills and admin skills
- Have completed relevant industry training and/or SCA modules
