Looking for your next long-term role in strata where you can hit the ground running with a well-established portfolio? This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being part of a friendly, collaborative team.

The Portfolio:

9 buildings, 600 lots (ranges from 20 – 120 lots)

Primarily Tier 2-3 buildings

Majority of meetings are online

The Role:

End-to-end management of an established portfolio

You’ll be supported by a shared assistant and in-house accounts team

Work with software including PropertyIQ and Strata Vote

3+ years’ experience in strata (confidence and capability are key)

Strong understanding of budgets and ACT
