Owners Corporation Manager | Brighton East Area Office

Work close to home with 2-3 days WFH flexibility in a well paying, high end office with 15+ combined staff that manages 10,000+ lots as a group.

The opportunity awaits for experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join their friendly team! Managing a portfolio of low to medium density properties, and approx 750 lots, using the latest cloud based strata software, IntelliStrata.

Hours: Monday to Friday ~9:00-5:00pm. 2-3 day/week WFH!

Work for a high end boutique firm with a great company culture. Full handover and administrative support is provided.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage approximately 750 lots, 40+ buildings
- Admin & strata accounts related duties (with finance team support)
- Maintenance and liaising with trades and contractors
- Manage letters/breech notices, property defects
- Chairing meetings with time in lieu for after-hours attendance
- Liaise with trades to organise maintenance and repairs

WHAT'S ON OFFER:
- $100,000 - $110,000 + Super + 2.2's with Local Car Parking

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Relevant understanding of the strata industry with strata management experience with 3+ years experience managing end to end Owners Corporations
- Completion of relevant industry training
- Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal with a positive attitude
- Live within 45 minutes of Brighton Area
