What you'll bring:

• Trade qualification in Automotive Body Refinishing
• Proven experience in prestige vehicle refinishing and polishing
• Exceptional colour-matching and paint application skills
• Solid understanding of bodyshop procedures and insurance processes
• Attention to detail and pride in producing flawless finishes
• Team-oriented attitude with strong time management skills
• Current Victorian driver's licence

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out high-quality refinishing work in line with job cards, manufacturer methods, and SOPs
• Colour matching, mixing, and applying paint to exacting standards, minimising wastage
• Masking and applying paint to a standard requiring minimal polishing or rectification
• Maintaining and cleaning spray guns, tools, and PPE
• Quality checking all work before moving to the next stage of production
• Assisting with apprentice training and supporting process improvements
• Keeping the workspace safe, clean, and compliant with OH&S and environmental standards
