About the role

Join the team at Dasma Panel, Paint & Restoration as a Spray Painter . This is a full-time position based in Morwell, Victoria, where you will play a key role in the automotive services offered by our company.

What you'll be doing

Performing high-quality spray painting on a variety of vehicles

Applying coats of Primer

Fine Filling

Color matching

Completing repairs and restorations to the highest standards

Buff and Polishing vehicle painted surfaces

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

Adhering to all relevant industry regulations and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a spray painter , ideally within the automotive industry

Strong technical skills and an eye for detail to produce flawless results

Skilled in masking and Preparation

Eye for detail when colour matching

Knowledge of automotive repair and restoration processes

Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team

Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service

Relevant qualifications or certifications in spray painting

Applicants should:

Have a close eye for detail

Able to work as part of a team

Able to work autonomously when required

Excellent communication skills

Have a driver's license

Have experience in the trade (essential)

Qualified in the trade
