The role

Join Supaspray Accident Repair Centre as a Full Time Spray Painter . In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for preparing, painting and finishing vehicles to the highest standard. As part of a friendly team, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the workshop and help deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking and cleaning

Mix and apply paint to vehicles using spray painting equipment

Confident in spraying solvent based paint. (currently using Baslac paint system)

Ensure a high quality finish on all painted surfaces

Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Work closely with the team to meet production targets and deadlines

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

What we're looking for

Qualified Automotive spray painter with 3+ years' experience

Demonstrated proficiency in vehicle paint preparation and application techniques

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work efficiently as part of a team

Current driver's licence
