About the role

We are seeking a new Property Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team at Property Wise Launceston. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties in Launceston and the surrounding suburbs. You will use your expertise in residential leasing and property management to ensure our clients' properties are well-maintained and tenanted.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, including managing tenancies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Conducting regular property inspections and providing detailed reports to landlords

Effectively marketing properties to attract quality tenants and negotiating lease agreements

Promptly addressing tenant inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Maintaining accurate records and providing consistent & proactive service to clients

Collaborating with a team of property professionals to deliver exceptional service

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management, with a proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of properties

Strong knowledge of the Tasmanian residential tenancy legislation and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants

Proficient in using property management software and administrative systems

A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a small team

Relevant real estate qualifications & drivers' licence.
