About the Role:

As the HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all HR functions across a workforce of approximately 170 employees, spanning both blue- and white-collar roles. You’ll work closely with senior leadership locally and globally, supporting initiatives in employee relations, remuneration, and organisational development. This role has one Direct Report who will support across HR Administrative activity. You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

• Provide comprehensive, professional HR advice across the entire employee lifecycle
• Undertake & manage workplace investigations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters
• Develop, review, and maintain people policies, procedures, and practices to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Australia
• Collaborate with the broader HR team to implement initiatives, policy frameworks and process across the business
• Liaise with global HR counterparts
• Ad hoc interstate travel may be required for investigations, or union matters.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Experience working within a mixed blue/white collar workforce is essential
• Strong ER/IR experience
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field is essential
• Comfortable working in a global matrix environment.
