We are currently seeking a Holiday Park Allrounder / Relief Manager for a busy caravan and holiday park in Townsville QLD
Working with a supportive and inclusive senior management team, you will:
Ensure that a safe working and holidaying environment is maintained proactively across the property
Deliver the best possible Guest experience
Have strong attention to detail, be highly customer focused, commercially minded, able to drive business development and are equally passionate about guest and local community engagement – we are looking for someone who can deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
As an allrounder it is essential you have administration, housekeeping, handyman and grounds skills, a flexible attitude and able to work across all these areas as required.
Whilst acting as relief Manager it is essential you have a commercial mindset, be flexible, love working with guests and delivering exceptional customer service experiences as well as being well versed in front line management
The ideal allrounder/ relief manager will be able to assist our head groundsmen to ensure the Park Grounds and upkeep present at their best in every instance, assist with routine maintenance and safety inspections, jump over into housekeeping when required and be a star at RMS and reception duties. T

This is a busy and popular Park and has undergone extensive improvements over the past few years.
You must have your own van or set up, however don’t let that stop you applying, we may be willing to look at Accommodation options for the right person.
Must be willing to stay long term!
Flexibility and willingness to learn is a must
Responsibilities include:
Being accountable for assisting the manager will all Business operations and guest experiences and continue to deliver these outcomes during managers absence
Be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude
Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Able to fit within established guidelines
Lead and supervise small teams
Competency in staff rostering, payroll, working with XERO or willingness to learn
Achievement of agreed KPI's
Selection Criteria
An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach
Proven experience in a similar role
Outstanding customer service
Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills
Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
Well-developed communication, organisation, administration and management skills
Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
Availability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings and evenings
