The role:

• Accounts Payable: Invoice entry, basic costing, subcontractor invoice processing,allocations, process subcontractor receipts and expenses
• Facilitate effective financial tracking for reporting.
• Accounts receivable, basic reconciliations and database management
• Payroll: Administer and entry of timesheets, for PAYG & Subcontractors, calculations, deductions.
• Assist in the preparation of construction-related documents, open live job folders, monitor and maintain job information on CRM, liaise with line managers
• Document Control maintain processes in line with ISO9001 standards.

The essentials:

• Xero experience
• Proven experience managing responsibilities & duties in a similar environment.
• Strong AP skills set
• Knowledge of industry and duties
• Ability to collaborate with team and work unsupervised.
