The opportunity

Rapid Building Inspections (RBI) has an exciting opportunity for a Building & Pest Inspector to join the team. As a Contractor with your own ABN based in North Perth, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and safety of buildings for our clients.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive building and pest inspections for residential and commercial properties

Provide clear, detailed reports with repair and treatment recommendations

Support real estate, maintenance, and renovation projects with your expertise

What we're looking for

Building background and Builder's Licence preferred

Completed timber pest courses CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010 (mandatory)

Up-to-date knowledge of Western Australia building codes, regulations, and compliance standards

Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and document issues accurately

Excellent communication and report-writing skills

A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently
