We’re partnering with one of Australia’s most respected building services contractors — a business with a track record of delivering critical systems for some of the country’s most high-profile projects in commercial, healthcare, education, data centres, and government infrastructure.
As part of their expansion in VIC, they’re seeking a Project Sales BDM to take the lead on winning large-scale design & construct packages and building strong networks with Tier 1 & 2 builders, consultants, and developers.

About the Role
In this role you’ll focus on identifying opportunities early in the project cycle, engaging with decision-makers, and shaping specifications to position the business as the contractor of choice.
You’ll work closely with technical specialists and estimators to prepare compelling proposals, negotiate commercially sound contracts, and celebrate major project wins.
Key Responsibilities
Hunt for new project opportunities across Victoria.
Build strong relationships with Tier 1 & 2 builders, mechanical contractors, and consultants.
Track major project pipelines via industry intel, bid portals, and events.
Influence project scope through early engagement.
Collaborate with estimators and engineers on proposals.
Negotiate and secure large D&C contracts ($500k–$5m+).
Maintain CRM and manage pipeline forecasting.
What You Bring
Experience in project-based sales (building services, construction, fit-out, or related sectors).
Ability to read drawings/specifications and engage in technical discussions.
Strong industry networks and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record securing medium-to-large contracts.
Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
Resilience, drive, and professional communication skills.
