• Strong understanding of the property market and the drivers
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships to drive sales
• $70k - $100K base plus commissions

Project Sales Consultant (Apartments)

• $80k - $100K plus commission
• Prior success selling off-the-plan product
• Sales experience launching new projects
• Ability to guide buyers through the sales journey to closing

Sales Director (Luxury Real Estate)

• Executive-level sales experience within luxury residential market
• Proven leadership in building and managing high-performance teams
• Deep network of high-net-worth clients
• Salary negotiable and commission structure negotiable

Channel Manager (House and Land)

• Strong track record managing channel networks
• Experience formulating channel strategies to drive conversion
• Experience with the house and land package product
• $100k plus commissions

Land Sales Consultant (Geelong)

• Experience selling land lots or house and land packages
• Proven track record of builder relationships
• Understanding of the buyer profiling in Geelong market
• $80K plus commissions

Project Sales Consultant (Apartments)

• Proven apartment sales experience
• Strong sales record across different phases of a project
• Ability to manage buyer relationships from enquiry to settlement
• Negotiable salary on offer and open to contractor engagement

Sales Manager (Apartments)

• Demonstrated success in managing channel groups
• Strong strategic knowledge of the apartment development space
• Experience driving sales performance and conversion of leads
• $150k - $180K plus commissions
