The Opportunity
Bellbird is seeking a high-energy, strategic New Business Growth & Relationship Manager to drive our expansion across Australia’s early learning sector. Your mission is to open doors, build trust with centre leaders and group operators, and deliver tailored solutions (group proposals & new centre fitouts) that spark curiosity and learning for thousands of children.
You’ll be the face of Bellbird to new partners, focused on market development, relationship-building, and consultative selling—not order taking or admin. If you’re a natural connector with a track record of winning new accounts and growing revenue in B2B or education, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Own
Strategic Growth
Identify, prospect, and secure new early learning centre clients and group operators across Australia
Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-potential opportunities, using CRM and data-driven insights
Relationship Activities
Map and engage decision-makers (centre directors, heads of pedagogy, group executives)
Tailor proposals, Fitout quotes and presentations to each prospect’s needs
Ensure smooth handover to Customer Solutions/Account team post-sale
Market Presence
Represent Bellbird at industry events, conferences, and forums to generate leads and build brand authority
Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product and service innovation
About You
5+ years’ experience in B2B new business development, sales, or partnerships—preferably in education, early learning, or a related sector.
Strong early-career outliers are welcome if you’ve closed $1m+ in net-new revenue annually.
Proven hunter: You consistently hit or exceed new business targets and can point to specific wins
Skilled at territory/segment ownership and managing a full sales cycle
Confidently engaging with senior stakeholders and tailoring value propositions
Commercially savvy, data-driven, and thrive in a growth-focused, team environment
Early learning sector knowledge is a plus, but we’ll train the right commercial talent
How to Apply
Send your CV and a one-page cover letter to Angela Dean (HR Manager). In your cover letter, tell us about a time you opened a new partnership or grew a client from zero—what was your approach, and what did you achieve?
Applications close Monday, 30th August.
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 7 days of closing.
Bellbird is committed to diversity, inclusion, and the well-being of our team, our customers, and the children we serve. We encourage applications from all backgrounds and experiences.
